Most small businesses are run by people who are exceptional at what they do — plumbing, accounting, landscaping, healthcare, logistics. Technology is rarely their thing, and it shouldn't have to be. But the right systems can make a real difference: less time on repetitive tasks, fewer things falling through the cracks, better information when decisions need to be made.
We started Pixelesk.AI because we kept seeing the same problem: great businesses held back by software that didn't fit, processes that hadn't scaled, and automation tools that required a full-time technologist to manage. We wanted to fix that.

We're based in Oregon and primarily serve businesses in the Pacific Northwest — though we work remotely with clients across the country. Most of our clients are owner-operated businesses with 5–50 employees who've outgrown their current systems and need something built for where they're going, not where they've been.
